In line with our mission in giving back to the community, our founder has been spending more of his time to mentor, nurture and coach young, aspiring individuals before they enter the workforce. The duration of this programme can vary from 2 to 6 months, depending on the internship requirements from the respective education institutions. Greenbugs' internship is also registered with MyNext, an initiative by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), which is a paid, structured and quality internship system, aiming to ease the transition from student to professional.

Join us for a hands-on, immersive experience at Greenbugs, where our farm is both the office and the field. We've collaborated with several universities and hosted many interns of various majors e.g. marketing, finance, IT, aquaculture, entrepreneurship, etc. At the end of the programme, all our interns graduated with a high sense of pride, enthusiasm and a more improved individual. Our interns are coached, trained and given actual opportunities like our full-time employees, allowing them to be involved deeply with the business.

• Vertical Farming Essentials: Learn the complete process of indoor farming, from seed sowing to nurturing and harvesting crops.

• Farm Operations: Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of our planting systems and equipment, ensuring a smooth and sustainable farming cycle.

• Planting Schedule & Supply Chain: Understand how we manage our planting cycles and supply chain to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

• Business Development: Get hands-on experience with sourcing new potential clients and contribute to the growth of our business. Performance-based incentives are provided.

• F&B Preparation: Learn about food and beverage preparation, including kombucha and other farm-to-table products.

• Interpersonal Skills: Polishing and uplevelling interpersonal skills and other moral values such as responsibility, trustworthiness, time management, analytics, planning, business acumen, etc.

• Entrepreneurship: Receive insights and mentoring from the founder, Mr. Bug as he shares his knowledge, rationale, logic and decision makings in running and managing a business.
